Are There Any Part-Time Jobs With Benefits?

Part-time jobs with benefits, hm mm. Well there are not many of these around. I can tell you that there are some however, but these are jobs that everyone seeks out, so they become more difficult for someone to obtain. But not impossible! Some of these jobs with benefits can be had, and they are available. Just don’t expect the amount of the benefit to be all that great. Some of the part-time jobs have different packages that they offer their employees. For instance while I worked the Winn Dixie job, they offered me a small percentage of shares in their option plan. So while I did not have any medical benefits, they did give me some shares every pay period, and the cost of the shares was completely paid for by theirĀ  company at no cost to the part-time employee.

Additionally, there were other benefits for example employees ate from the cafeteria at Winn Dixie at a discounted price, it was a good method to afford some cheaper form of meal to the employee and also keep them on the premises during their lunch hour or half-hour. Good thinking on behalf of the management of companies like Winn Dixie and other supermarkets that offer similar part-time employee packages.
