What Are the Jobs That Make the Most Money?

What Are the Jobs That Make the Most Money?

By Patrick Esposito

As our country tries to make a valiant effort to emerge from this current economic malaise, despite the effort from the man on top to try to keep most of us with empty pockets, we ask the question, “Where are the jobs that make the most money?” There are many people who are struggling to maintain a comfortable lifestyle, and there are those who are one paycheck away from being homeless. In the country that was once called “The land of opportunity,” many people are starting to lose hope. We must remember though that many great fortunes have been made in adversarial times. There are people that are becoming rich as you read this article, but read on, you may one day be one of this illustrious group.

While this country was built on the success stories of the small businessman, there are many jobs where people are making more than someone in their own business. Keep in mind that the highest paying jobs are the highest paying jobs for a good reason. It is only achieved through diligent and consistent work. Whoever makes it to the top of the jobs that make the most money certainly deserves every penny they make. They also pave the way for the rest of us who dare to dream.

Not everyone is going to be the next Walt Disney or Ray Kroc, but there still is opportunity available, in what was once called “The land of opportunity”. While many people will attempt to quench their entrepreneurial thirst, there are those that just want a good paying job that will help to secure a comfortable lifestyle. What are the best paying jobs in today’s unsure economic times? While every job is not for everyone, here are the jobs that make the most money. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, surgeon comes in at number one. The average surgeon makes $181,850. While not everyone is skilled using a scalpel, it is comforting to know that surgeons are being justly compensated. Next is anesthesiologist who averages $174,610, and OB/GYN who make the same amount. An internist makes $156,790, and a prosthodontist is close behind at $156,710.

An orthodontist makes $153,240, while a psychiatrist makes $151,380 per year. Finally, it is good to know you don’t have to be in the medical field to have one of the jobs that make the most money. A chief executive officer averages $140,880. I am sure they are not talking about Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Engineering manager rounds out the top ten at $140,210. There are other professions where people are making good money, such as an airline pilot, dentist or lawyer. You may have to start at the bottom, or even attend school, or training to make it to the top money making professions, but in the end, the reward will be worth the effort. Remember, this is only a partial list of the jobs that make the most money. Maybe one day we will again be called The land of opportunity.

Recruitment Agencies – Land That Perfect Job

Recruitment Agencies – Land That Perfect Job

By Tania S Macpherson

If you are looking for a job or employment and do not know where to start then approaching a recruitment agency is the best thing you can do. These type of agencies have been formed for the very purpose of informing people about the job vacancies in the country and guiding them towards finding a suitable position. There are several benefits of using the services of recruitment agencies.

The first of these benefits is that these agencies do all the hard work for you. They take the details of the candidate and do their absolute best to find job positions and opportunities that match their qualification and/or experience. They then send the job details to the candidate who just has to go for the interview.

Recruitment agencies save a lot of time and stress for you as well. For example someone who is in a full-time job or is studying it might not be possible for him/her to the take time to apply for a job. Simply by registering with an agency will take a lot of load off his/her head.

Most of the agencies have very good connections. They are in constant touch with the employers and are better informed about vacations and requirements in different companies. With an agency the chances of getting a job to suit your particular requirements are very high.

The best part is that most agencies do not charge anything from you. They are given a payment by the company for whom they recruit. While registering in an agency it is best to meet the people there in person so that you can openly discuss your experiences, skills, career goals and requirements. While providing details make sure to give accurate information; this would save you from any hassle in the future.

While there are many agencies out there to choose from it is important that you select the one that has a good reputation. Choosing the right company will ensure you are successful in finding the right job that suits you and your lifestyle.

If you would like to find out more about the best agencies in the country you can either search online or ask your friends and colleagues. A satisfying and well-paying career is one of the most important phases in your life. A wise selection of recruitment agencies will enable you to find the perfect job that matches your requirements.

Apply For A Fast Hiring Job Today!

Apply For A Fast Hiring Job Today!

By Timmy Sayes

If you are seeking employment, it would be in your best interest to apply for a fast hiring job today. The short list on these jobs include the following job:

1. The McDonald’s job  2. The Burger King job  3. The Taco Bell job  4. The Wendy’s job

Now even though most of the benefits are often reserved for full-time employees, this does not mean that working less than 40 hours a week disqualify those benefits. Some of these companies do offer their part-time employees benefit packages, with some having benefits as good as the best companies. Additionally equaling what someone would expect from a full-time position.

The lists of eligibility may vary, but they usually include a minimum number of hours worked per week and only take effect after you’ve worked for one of these companies for a specific period of time. So, if you are in the market for a part-time job, why not start with one of these?

I have compiled a short list of some of the best part-time jobs that offer some of these specified benefits.

1) REI: Perks include merchandise discounts, incentive pay, retirement and a Profit sharing program, and a discounted travel program through the REI Adventures program.

2) Nordstrom’s: This company offers the following to all of their part-time staff; health insurance, 401(k), life, disability, and accidental death insurance, paid time off, and adoption assistance.

3) Lowe’s: All part-time employees here have access to a limited benefit health plan program, plus life, vision, dental, and disability, as well as a 401(k). They also earn 40 hours of vacation after just 180 days of service, pretty good benefits.

4) J C Penney’s: This one is unique in that anyone working fewer than 35 hours per week is eligible for their Additional Benefits Choices program, which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage plus life insurance and critical illness/accident coverage. Most companies will not even entertain a program like this. But leave it to the big dogs of American business to come shining through!

So you now have some information to go out with a game plan and find a part-time job in an adequate amount of time. Having a plan for finding employment quick, should be your priority, I hope this article helps!
